I am responsible for improving our school’s performance in four indicators delineated by the Ohio Department of Education. These indicators are:

  • Technical Skill Attainment
  • State or Industry Recognized Certificate or License
  • Nontraditional Participation
  • Nontraditional Completion

My hope is that I will get some suggestions as to what other individuals are doing, especially those in career-technical education, to increase their performance in these areas. I have summarized my thoughts for each below. Read more
